These terms govern your use of the Vêtu app and the getvetu.com website, both operated by Jashughatt Media Pty Ltd. Please read them before you use the service.

1.Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using the Vêtu app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2.The service

Vêtu is an AI-assisted wardrobe app for iOS. It helps you organise your wardrobe, try pieces on virtually using your own photos, receive daily outfit suggestions built from the clothes you already own, and see cost-per-wear analytics for your items. The app is available on iOS only.

3.Subscription

Vêtu offers a free 7-day trial with no card required. After the trial, continued access to premium features requires an auto-renewing subscription, managed through the Apple App Store and RevenueCat. Current pricing is shown in the app before you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime through your App Store subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.User content

The wardrobe photos and try-on photos you upload remain your property. By uploading them, you grant Vêtu a limited licence to store and process those photos solely to provide the service to you, for example to tag items, generate try-on renders, and build outfit suggestions. We do not train AI models on your photos. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the content you submit.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vêtu to upload or generate illegal content, not to abuse or attempt to overload the AI features, and not to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or models behind the service.

6.Intellectual property

The Vêtu app, its brand, its design, and the outfit suggestions it generates are © 2026 Jashughatt Media Pty Ltd. Nothing in these terms transfers our intellectual property to you. Your own uploaded photos remain yours, as set out in section 4.

7.AI limitations

Outfit suggestions and virtual try-on renders are AI-generated and provided for personal style guidance only. They are an approximation. They are not a guarantee of how a garment will actually fit, drape, or look in real life. Use your own judgement, especially before purchasing or relying on a render.

8.Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jashughatt Media Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) applies to our handling of your personal information. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
